In-SALON POLICY

BOOKING DEPOSIT

A FRIENDLY REMINDER THAT A 25% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL IN SALON BOOKINGS. THE DEPOSIT AMOUNT Is TAKEN OFF YOUR SERVICE TOTAL AT YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME.

All EVENT HAIR AND GROUP BOOKINGS (WEDDINGS, ENGAGEMENTS, ...) MUST PAY A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. THIS DEPOSIT IS DUE WITHIN 10 DAYS OF ACCEPTING THE QUOTE. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

SHOULD YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR IN SALON APPOINTMENT, 48 HOURS NOTICE IS REQUIRED. IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR CHANGE YOUR APPOINTMENT WITHIN 24 HOURS, YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFIETED.

THIS ONLY APPLIES TO SERVICES OFFERED IN-SALON & NOT EVENT HAIR OR GROUP BOOKINGS. PLEASE SEE "BOOKING DEPOSIT".

REFUND POLICY

WE ALWAYS AIM TO MAKE ALL OF OUR CLIENTS HAPPY.  WHILST A SERVICE REFUND IS NOT POSSIBLE, WE DO OFFER A 14-DAY GOOD WILL PERIOD WHERE YOU CAN COME BACK TO THE SALON TO HAVE ANY UNSATISFACTORY WORK RECTIFIED. IF YOU NEED ANY FIX-UP WORK DONE FOLLOWING YOUR APPOINTMENT YOU MUST NOTIFY US WITHIN THE 14 DAY GRACE PERIOD.

WE DO NOT OFFER ANY COMPLIMENTARY CHANGE OF MIND SERVICES. 

CLOTHING & APPAREL

WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO AVOID ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR ITEMS WHILE YOU VISIT OUR SALON. DURING YOUR SERVICE WE COVER YOUR CLOTHING WITH A GOWN AND TOWEL, HOWEVER WE RECOMMEND NOT WEARING ANY EXPENSIVE OR SENTIMENTAL ITEMS TO THE SALON AS ENTOURAGE HAIR ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS.
